Relationship between Jervis and Mica Lourenço dates back to childhood
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 14 March, 2017 - The Portuguese surfer Filipe Jervis has announced he's joined the Mica Surfboards Team. Jervis is the European Pro Junior Vice Champion. He also recently claimed third at the Euro-Juniors and a fifth at the Portuguese Pro Juniors.
Even though his career was focused on free surfing in the few last years he will participate at the Portuguese national championships this year.
The relationship between Jervis and Mica Surfboards shaper Mica Lourenço can be dated back to his childhood, when the famed shaper provided boards for the precocious grom. Micas deep understanding of Jervis' surfing over the years allows him to provide the best surfboards possible to Filipe as he looks ahead to a soaring career.
